Easy Stretches to Do Every Morning

  5. Ankle Circles – While seated, lift one foot off the ground and rotate the ankle clockwise and counterclockwise. Repeat with the other foot. Helps with circulation and balance.

  6. Hamstring Stretch – Sit on the edge of a chair, extend one leg straight with the heel on the floor, and lean forward slightly until you feel a gentle stretch in the back of your leg. Switch sides.

  7. Calf Stretch – Stand facing a wall, place your hands on it, step one foot back, and press the heel into the floor. Hold 10–15 seconds and repeat on the other side.
